The Reckless and Relentless tour

I have never really gone on a tour with a band that I had not met at least once prior. This was a first. I hopped off the road with A Day To Remember, jumped on a plane, and went straight on to another bus with Asking Alexandria. I had told a few people that I was going to be going out on tour with them, however I knew nothing about them as people. The majority of the people I spoke with looked me in the eyes and just said “good luck”. I have never really had a problem with a band on the roads I am pretty easy going. I figure as long as they didn’t harm me or break my gear, I was good to go. The tour ended up being a great time and all the guys were awesome. A little wild, but still awesome.

Meet Tanner, I think I photographed him the most on this tour. We are good friends from San Diego, he plays drums for Chiodos.

I hadn’t seen these guys in forever, nice to be able to photograph them for a set, although I almost missed my bus as I was shooting them. I looked over my shoulder while I was under the drums and saw it’s lights on as it was backing out of the venue. I grabbed my stuff and ran- close one.
